GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Bank of Texas customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-437236: I sent a couple of questions through the banks website and never received any response. When I went in person there were no other customers in the bank and I still have to wait ** minutes to talk to someone about my existing account. I regret getting an account at this bank and closed it as soon as I could. Was hit by numerous fees in error and took weeks to try and get everything corrected and still could not get it all fixed. Seems like employees have no authority to make decisions and kept referring to the computer and they could only go by what the computer determines.
