~DisgustedCustomer: My husband opened an account for my son at the **** Custer Rd. location. I allowed my son to use this card for his iTunes account. He spent the week at a friend's house while I was out of town. During that time the boys had several sleep-overs with between *-** kids on multiple occasions. **The next week, I was notified that the card had a negative balance. I investigated and found out that the kids he was hanging out with thought it would be funny to order a bunch of $**-$** apps from iTunes on my son's phone. There were ** charges so the bank charged me $**.** each for a total of $***.** plus the iTune charges. This is a great deal of money for us. **I called the bank and spoke to the bank manager, Sloan. He indicated that he didn't really consider it fraud so my choice was to close the account and dispute the charges and hope and pray they were dismissed or pay all the fees. He indicated that I had to know the name(s) of the boys who misused my son's iPhone. As you can i
