GetHuman-190420: Was mislead as to what kind of funicial product I was buying. When I went to the bank to find out why I never received statements, it came to light that both my email and social security were imputed incorrectly. While trying to figure all these things out, the bankers tone turned accusatory as if it were my falt all these things had happened.
