GetHuman-213389: Hello my names Jessica..I go into your Loyyd Center location (*****) here in Portland, Oregon (which is very convenient for me). I really like to get the room sprays (when there AVAILIBLE) but unfortunately this location doesn't stock up on the (any of the ones' i like) varieties. (Cider lane, black tie, harvest gathering etc.) Almost everytime I go in the room spray shelves have been EMPTY! I asked the manager to personally call me when the next shipment got in but SHE NEVER CALLED back. It's been * weeks and no response! Also, the last time I was at BBW I purchased one of your * wick-candles, when I had got home the wax was split and parts of the glass were cracked! So like any American citizen would do I tried to take back the item with my receipt (like your Guarantee says) and the man at the desk wouldn't take back the ** DOLLAR CANDLE I bought because he said I actually might've broken it?! What! Noo I responded...I picked this candle up and when I got home it was in that condit
