~t'doff: Placed an order on the phone ******* the woman placing the order messed up had to cancel that order make a new one.. asked for over night shipping and after * days of not receiving anything I called to complain.. they told me they were SO SORRY they would credit my debit card the amount of the order and send me a $** dollar online gift card.. none of which has happened.. And here is it the *th and I have yet to receive my package HORRIBLE customer service do NOT shop at Bath And Body Works online.. if they don't have when u want in the store.. go on amazon or ebay first.. at least they WANT to make money and aren't going to **** you around for a week
