GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Bell Mobility customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-172417: overbilled every month for a year. I had to call them every month and kill about an hour through waiting and talking for them to reverse what they told me was a "known" issue for a lot of customers and they were working on it to rectify the issue...A WHOLE YEAR!!!! and they were only fixing the accounts of people who phoned them not all the people with the "known" issue. My contract can't be done too soon.
