GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-jjhollyw: did not recieved birthday certificate after spending many thousands of dollars at this establishment, was told by carlsbad ca. branch need to re-register every year now, did so * times before birthday, * times after, sent NUMEROUS E-MAILS AND NEVER HEARD FROM THEM, CALLED CORPORATE THAT ALWAYS HAS A RECORDING WHEN YOU DIAL THE OPERATOR AND LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES, NO CALL BACK. I HAVE READ MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS AROUND THE INTERNET REGARDING THE NEW OWNERSHIP DESTROYING THIS PLACE. MY WIF FELL FROM A PUDDLE OF OIL AT OUR CHEF TABLE. I NEED TO TALK TO THE
