GetHuman-101679: I understood but the rep did not...I had a difficult time getting her to understand my problem which was trying to get an offer which I received by mail. She assumed she knew what I wanted and was eager to sign me up without verifying my request and finally told me to try the website again (after telling me I had been on the wrong website). I had tried to enter the subscription on the website (bhg.com*freegifts) but an error code came up after I had provided all requested info.
