GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Biotherm customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~ring: I waited total ** minutes and did not get any information. I asked order tracking information, they just put me on hold for nothing. They responded that the tracking number is too old which is ridiculous as my order is just *-* weeks ago. I told them it is not possible they changed their words telling me that she need to contact their webmaster to get tracking information. Again it takes more than ** minutes to wait. Finally they replied that they can not contact the webmaster. What I am asking is just the shipping information... Horrible service. I will never purchase Biotherm product any more.

~ring: For that I would say three out of five.
