~jcdlux: I ordered shoes that never arrived. I followede up with someone who said they would investigate what happened and return my call in the morning. I never received the call. I called again. I dealt with a nice man and they had to renew my order. In my business, I pay out of pocket when I make a mistake. I just felt like they should have done something more than apologize for their entire lack of follow through. Amateur hour at best!
