~Paula S.: The worst Customer Service. My average wait for each call wait was ** min. Been trying to connect with someone intelligent there for * hours. One lady who answered said "Hello, Can I help you... twice acting like she couldn't hear me and then said "no response call hanging up".. I have called * times today and currently am on hold for the *th time. I have my phone records to prove this is the worst service NOBODY can help me get to bill pay. They keep say "I can help you with that" transfer me and I get left in transfer **** or left on hold! Had one ignorant ghetto sounding lady on the phone arguing with me. She says "we don't take paymens over the phone" I said.. "Well is this a new policy because I paid my bill this way last Month" she said and I quote "you did not pay you bill witd us over da phone we havt never taken paymens over da phone".. I asked to be transferred to her supervisor. The twit hung up on me! If this sounds racist to someone I am not sorry because this is what happ
