~sirdiam: I have called Call Care more than ** times in the past week and have been on phone with assistance for more than ** minutes and * of these instances the rep. hung up before rectifying the situation. I need to send my phone to the place in Texas that one rep told me about, or Boost needs to send me a new phone. I have been having this problem for more than a month now and it's very frustrating because I have a terminal illness and can't be without a phone.*** *******

~sirdiam: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~sirdiam: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Boost Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sirdiam: For that I would say four out of five.
