~EulaWalters: I ordered the personalized music box for my granddaughter's **th Birthday*High School Graduation gift. I had planned this gift for years. I ordered it on March **, expecting a *wk delivery. Last week I checked the status & was told it would be mailed June *. Today I checked and was told it would be delivered July **. In talking to customer service I was told that they had no estimated shipping date. I needed this by this weekend & ordered in plenty of time for it to have been delivered. If this was not possible, I should have been notified so that I could have made other arrangements. I will NEVER order from this company again & will tell everyone I know of my experience.
