~Fed Up with ignorance: Spoke with customer service about the Thomas Kinkade "Illuminated Nativity Garland" and asked* "How many shipments were in this collection?". Rep looked up Collection, counted each item and said ** shipments. I looked again at the collection shipments and found:*Issue *: Holy family and Creche (*).*Issue *: Wise Men Jasper and Balthazar (*).*Since there are ** items in the complete collection and * items will shipped in the first * issues (leaving *). I came to the conclusion that this C*S Rep didn't have any*idea about what he was talking about.
