GetHuman-258865: NEVER GOT AN PERSON. ON THE PHONE FOR HOURS A DAY. WAS GREETED BY THE CONTINUED ANNOYING RECORDING. I STILL HAVE NOT TALKED TO ANYONE AN IT HAS BEEN A WEEK!!!! AND MY GPS IS NOT TRACKING!!! CANNOT MAKE THE TRANSITION FROM SECURUS TO BRICKHOUSE!!!!
