~andrea: BA customer service number is an absolute joke - indian call centre who advised me to fill in email then ring same number.... to discuss my problems. I think Keith Williams should try ringing his own call centre to see what he is putting his customers through.... *bear in mind my flight was delayed * hrs ** mins - no excuse offered, no refreshment, no cust service in a*port, missed connection and lost our luggage..... return journey wasn't much better
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting British Airways. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a British Airways problem?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~andrea: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~andrea: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other British Airways customers?
