GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-kathie_l: Worst airline customer service ever. The call center is challenged in using English and will cancel your ticket if you have mobility issues. Worst airline I have dealt with for disability related concerns. They have a rule that only allows you to call three times, and they hang up on your the first two. The resolution offered for their errors, you can buy more tickets from them. Worst ever! Stay away if you have any ADA issues, they do not want you on their planes.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting British Airways. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a British Airways problem?
GetHuman-kathie_l: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-kathie_l: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about British Airways's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-kathie_l: For that I would say three out of five.
