~Cheryl: After one-hour on the phone the issue still hasn't been resolved. I WILL NOT be using Care Mark mail order again. Their error has resulted in my problem to resolve and I am at the dispute section now. However, no one will get back to me until a few days...seriously...frustrated! Does Care Mark read these reviews, they certainly need to from what I'm seeing on line.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CVS Caremark. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CVS Caremark problem?
~Cheryl: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Cheryl: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CVS Caremark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Cheryl: For that I would say four out of five.

~Cheryl: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CVS Caremark to know who you are.
