~DJ: Basically, they take your complaint, then they call the district office. The person you speak to is only there to pass on concerns. We'll see how this ends up. Horrible customer service from the dealer*repair.

~DJ: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~DJ: For that I would say three out of five.
