~Anonymous: Absolutely horrible customer service. Automated appointments were not working for me and I have been trying to speak with an agent for half a day. Each time, the phone call is mysteriously terminated even after an hour on hold. The one time I actually managed to speak with someone, she sounded rude * annoyed and just went quiet halfway through the conversation. I was waiting for a response for ** minutes before I decided to hang up. I also got to experience the automated call system last week which is total BS since the agent hung up as soon as I got the call.
