As soon as I called the number, Sue answered the phone and tried to transfer me before I had finished asking my question, which resulted in me having to call back (that time with no answer). So, I called back again. Sue answered this time, and took my SSN. Now, I'm just waiting for the "claims adjuster" to come to the phone. Hey! Only ** minutes, and they just answered my call!
