A man asked for my private information and why I was calling and then he redirected me (with no number) to the EDD agent that I was trying to reach. If EDD wanted to help you, they would post this number where it would be clear and easy to find, I got to an actual person quickly. I had to make a follow up call and used the same number, while holding, every minute or so, you will be asked to press "*" to continue holding, do that and eventually someone will get to you.
