~Brian Johnston: Never got through,telephone number changed and had to pay $*.** to get new one, which I was put on hold, waited * hour * minutes to only be greeted by useless menus which lead me in a loop to nowhere.

~Brian Johnston: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Brian Johnston: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Canada Revenue's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Brian Johnston: For that I would say four out of five.
