GetHuman-69898: It does not allow enough time to enter information then hangs up * times. Asks for Social and DOB which is primary info to steal identity. No human!!! Frustrating and worthless. I plan to cancel all my * Capital one accounts. Reason for call is they miss-applied payments twice. Hours to clear and still have problem.
