~tlc.seattle2014: I was expecting to have a tech come here to repair my line. I'm in an apt complex and while the box is outside he said he needed to get into the electrical room. I told him to call this * to get the maintenance guy here to unlock the room and he didn't ask for the right person I told him to ask for! He left a message and said he would have to reschedule! He left! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ********! You gave me * mins of your time and the maintenance guy showed up * mins after tech guy left! *******!
