~blueyes1181: anonymously from inside Charter Support..**I am one of their best agents..** ever been at work and had your schedule changed.. ** minutes into the schedule.. and they notify you via an email * minute before but don't tell you in person.. so then you're doing more work.. and some guy comes walking by with a rubik's cube.. already not working the entire day.. except for one thing that was already done.. but his schedule doesn't change, so he spends the day fondling a cube and making fun of everyone.. what a great working environment.. and that's just the tip of the iceberg.. I could go on.. but I hope that gives you a better understanding of how clicky it is there and they cover that up with the word "tenure" but it basically means the longer you work there the less you do and the more you can **** down on everyone below you.. Charter is a wild beast.. look up their labor disputes and other lawsuits.. they dont pay people sometimes either, just saying.. they also lost billions.. during a
