GetHuman-320287: Their letters to my elderly mother were non specific requesting wind insurance verification. They did not notify us that I was not sending the information they wanted and instead assigned her an expensive insurance coverage policy when she did already have coverage. I faxed them the certificate that they were looking for but when I tried to confirm receipt, the customer service reps would not speak to me without my omther being present. They certainly know how to inconvience their customers and alienate their families and caregivers.
