~Jim: First Time using Chegg.com and I rented a couple books which was fine, but I also sold books and they asked for ISBN number. I was suppose to receive check from Chegg but for some reason my book was a certain edition which they never asked for, just ISBN number. I had to respond to email or my book was going to be donated. I just let them have it, but I shouldn't have to pay to get my book back if I typed in all the correct information that they asked for. How is that my fault? I called an customer service, there was a wait and there is nothing that they can do. I gave Chegg another try and tried renting another book. I received confirmation and it was out of stock but could still be bought after waiting * days on that book! I feel like that is poor customer service and as a senior in college I will be telling every single person I know not to use Chegg and I will not recommend them at all! Which is a vast amount of people. I thought this was a reliable website and for such a market to

~Jim: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jim: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Chegg's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jim: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Chegg customers?
~Jim: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Chegg to know who you are.
