GetHuman-170845: Patricia (**********) at store ****** was wonderful! She took * separate mail order returns and fixed them. I had not entered my passport number because I didn't notice a request for it. I was charged for shipping. Patricia removed my second PP* and shipping charges.She was friendly and supportive of a newcomer to your site, although I have been a PP member for years. She definitely made my day!
