~Sharlie89: I called a day after I placed my * orders online to have one of them change the zip code on my address. I spoke with a guy who barely speaks English and his communications skills were just terrible. then I thought this is really a scam, what kind of customer service are they running does not even greet their callers and does not ask feedback at the end of the call? just terrible. anyways I told him to have my zip change on one of the orders and I gave him my order number. he said he would send in the request, and since the order has not been processed yet they are able to change the zip. I called * days after that phone call for I did not get any confirmation about the changes. I spoke with a lady and told her what I had done a few days ago. She said there was no changes and they are unable to process a request. Well this is just BS. If I don't get all my * orders I am never ordering from them ever again. Go to groupon instead! may not have the best deals as no more rack but you defini
