Email response from customer service was the other * had the same tracking number as the l, to check with my post office. Post Master explained there are never two packages with the same tracking numbers. Provided that to customer service via email * days ago. Spoke to someone at the **** this morning...same standard answer "we have notified the vendor" and to wait for a tracking *. Can't just cancel the order and give me my money back like any NORMAL company can do. NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN.....not legit enough to do business.
