GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/02/17?
GetHuman-rileyrya: I ordered a **" sunbeam sound bar and aquagenic rechargeable shaver and accessories on the **th of october and the order has not shipped yet. I also can't open the site to get to customer service. I would just like to know if I need to go to my bank and have them do a charge back and reissue a new card or not.
