~photo156: I got an offer to join citi cards - keep in mind I have a loan with them for my house - never been late on nothing and a credit score of *** - I filled out all the paper work for said card via there on line card service - give then code number they wonted and waited for my YES for the card - well I got my answer was NO sorry you do not meet out goal for a citi card! I was shocked.I realy do not need there card but thought i would try - any way I got a NEW offer the next month in the U S Mail - I again tried to get a card both by on line and via U S mail - on line I got sorry again and the one I mailed came back saying I do not meet there needs to be a card member - now keep in mind credit score of *** - never been late on nothing loan for the house or truck or other credit cards (three of them)to this day I do not know why citi truns me down! I checked with my credit union and they checked my credit and said wow nice report - score as i said *** and nothing Neg- goinb back to **** when

~photo156: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Citi Cards's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~photo156: For that I would say five out of five.

~photo156: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Citi Cards to know who you are.
