~centex angel: I kept quiet and finally after asking for my credit card twice and then asking for my zip code twice, i was transferred to a customer service rep. He spoke broken English but I finally got my problem taken care of and will get a refund on my next bill.

~centex angel: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
