~Saavy: Terrible interest rates that jump without warnings (by * points) between semesters, terrible customer interface. The default option to repay is to put the money toward the loan with the lesser interest rate, in order to apply the payment toward the much worse one you have to deal with telephone chaos for fifteen minutes. They also make it very difficult to establish monthly electronic debits. In ten years I have never had to call anyone for a form to be mailed to me (and I had to do it three times to actually receive it), then fill it out with all the information they already have, then mail it back with a blank, voided check. This institution takes advantage of young adults who simply believe this is the way the world works.
