~KFC.123: First things first, there is no "General Support" for Citizens Bank Help Line, All I wanted to know is why they charged me a Seven Dollar Check Cashing Fee for a Personal Citizens Bank Check* When I have an account with them and they never charged me before or ever asked me if I have an account with them.*Second I waited ** minutes on the phone for a live person, when they finally said they were connecting my call they hung up on me & No the call wasn't dropped.**How can their support be this terrible and they are still in business.
