~curtismapman: Took quite awhile but I finally convinced them to refund the costs for the service and equipment (I was under the ** days return time). They offered a lower rate but that didn't matter as the speed of the downloads was slow and inconsistent.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Clear. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Clear problem?
~curtismapman: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~curtismapman: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Clear's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~curtismapman: For that I would say three out of five.
