~Disappointed Customer: I purchased a television for my son on Black Friday as a Christmas present. When he opened it there was no power cord. I called the company they refused to talk as it was quitting time, but assured me that someone would be calling me the next day. Three days later I called them, that operator was very pleasant and gave me the information that I needed. I faxed that information the next day. That was December. In January, I received a package from Coby, it was the instruction manual which I had copied and sent them. I called and that operator kinda chuckled and told me he was sorry and that he would get on it. Still have not gotten the cord as of February **. I called today and got no where. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
