~ReallyBadExperience: "After many successful, trouble free orders, I placed an order on ******. I still do not have my coffee, nor can I get a response to any emails and attempting to call is a joke. My card has been charged, yet no one will give me a delivery date or an explanation for the delay. **If they would RESPOND to an inquiry, I would be so much more willing to wait patiently but after multiple emails and calls, Im done. If I don't have coffee or a response by Tuesday (after the holiday on Monday) I will have no choice but to get the credit card company involved. It's a not a TON of money but $** is $** bucks!"
