~POed customer: A long distance vs. toll-free call. Really? An obnoxiously long wait time or customer service closed for day. Dvds mailed I didn't order* no record of order on (online) account. Representative's answer to many of my questions was, "I don't know." Awful. Will be cancelling membership once I know returned product has been received and my account properly credited.
