GetHuman-156532: I got billed $*** because the moron read the wrong meter. **So they take the money from my account, my account gets overdrawn, I call twice the day the money is taken out of my account. First time I am on hold for ** min. Nobody responds. After five (*) minutes I am on hold for ** min., a lady answers and says she needs the reading, I say I am in my car, Can I call you back in ** with the reading. I call back in **, guess what" offices are closed: It wasn't * o'clock but what the heck.!!!*Call back again, waith on hold for ** min., a girl answers, voids my bill but said that if I want a refund I need to talk to the supervisor, so I wait on hold for ONE HOUR AND ** MINUTES, yes people...and the supervisor finally picks up and say I need to call back on Friday to request the refund because I need to wait for the payment from my bank to clear. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME....This while my *** is sitting in Comed account because a moron couldn't read a meter....and it's my fault the super

GetHuman-156532: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for ComEd to know who you are.
