GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's ComEd customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Disneynut52: It stinks. Customer service people were rude and completely unsympathetic. One even said we will get there when we get there. In the background noise we there was so much laughing and goofing around that I could not hear the responses of my service rep. When I called them on the background noise and asked if they though the outage situation was funny she laughed. Disgusted. I think all com Ed execs should have to have their power cut off for a ** to ** hour period with no access to generators and deal with their customer service people. Maybe then customer service will be ome a priority

~Disneynut52: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about ComEd's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Disneynut52: For that I would say two out of five.
