GetHuman-231168: There is no easy way of dealing with these people. There is only one number to get ahold of their incompetent customer service, and there is no way around it. If you don't have Tourette's before calling them, you certainly will after.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting ComEd. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a ComEd problem?
GetHuman-231168: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-231168: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about ComEd's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-231168: For that I would say three out of five.
