~Power of Atty: All I have done so far is place the complaint. But Courtney(who took my call) was very polite, professional, and most importantly knowledgeable. All of which the Comcast call center reps have not a clue of how to do!! Now I wait to see how long it takes for a caseworker to call me back.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
~Power of Atty: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Power of Atty: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Power of Atty: For that I would say five out of five.

~Power of Atty: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
