~FU COMCAST: I have a problem with high speed internet and I drop phone calls and my router keeps re-booting and With no customer service in the USA they have only One answer if you don't fit their box of problems Send out a tech to look my cables because the Modem is not updating and after * *** hours on the phone to talk to a so called tech in the Philippines which their only solution they can done is reboot. I was told to get Business service or THEIR VOIP phone service. O have ** days to return the equipment and when the modem doesn't function They have to do what ever to fix. This company has taken a HUGE turn for the Worst service I have ever seen or experienced

~FU COMCAST: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~FU COMCAST: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~FU COMCAST: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~FU COMCAST: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
