~Sherif: I opened an internet service with comcast about ** days ago, and since day one there is a problem with the service, my account address, and finally with the bill.*I contacted them through online chat and phone calls about ** times, with nothing solved, and every time I beg them for a supervisor to call me, with no reply at all.*This is the worst company in the US.

~Sherif: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sherif: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sherif: For that I would say two out of five.

~Sherif: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
