~Barbara Sotomayor: I've been with Xfinity for * years, after those * years I noticed I have been billed the wrong amount every month which means they were charging me more than what I should have actually paid. They disabled my Internet and TV for no reason. They found out that I live in a rich home so ever since that they started charging me more which is a bit odd, I sued them and my next court appearance is next week.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
~Barbara Sotomayor: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Barbara Sotomayor: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Barbara Sotomayor: For that I would say one out of five.
