GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~bb: I've been your customer for not even a whole week and as soon as I am done typing this email I am calling AT&T and going back to them. The experience I've had for the past couple of days with Comcast is extremely bad. I've spoken to more than ** people and each person just gives me the run around, can't help me, transfers me to a the 'correct' department for help and then nothing....the other department can't help either and another transfer, another person who transfers me and so on and so on. This has been going on since I've become a customer and I'm done. I found this email on the internet and am not too sure this will help resolve anything either, but this is the last try. I ordered the Comcast cable and internet and was expecting to get the equipment your company is advertising on TV and on the internet, which is the X* dvr, instead I received a dvr that is probably at least ** years old, it's huge, it can only record * shows of which one I have to watch at the time of recording,

~bb: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~bb: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~bb: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
