~Bbn Bob: Oh, it worked perfectly: I followed the directions and as soon as I hit the last "*" a human being answered.**If you already have an account with them, have your account number ready when you call- otherwise, you have to give them your social.**I got a great lady: friendly and very helpful. I wanted to know about options for tv service and how much I'd have to pay to get what I want. There are so many choices that after a while my head was spinning, and I told her I'd digest everything -that's why I haven't rated Quality Of Communication any higher. Not her fault, and certainly not GetHuman's.**This is about the fifth time I've used GH, and every time it's been spot on. What a terrific service!

~Bbn Bob: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
