GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's CompuServe customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~ANGRY: I am on hold on my fifth attempt to get someone. Incredibly long blabbering auto message about email which you can't jump out of. Then when you finally get in a queue and wait *** minutes, and then hear a ring, you wait and wait and WAIT and finally you hear a click - they hung up on you. It was not an automatic disconnect with the screech when a call fails. They just hang up. They ****. Today is *******.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CompuServe. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CompuServe problem?
~ANGRY: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ANGRY: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CompuServe's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ANGRY: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CompuServe customers?
~ANGRY: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CompuServe to know who you are.
